# Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Sly Fox Hangover Patch Inc. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

## 30-Day Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- In the same condition that you received it.
- Unopened and unused.
- In its original packaging.

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

## Ineligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

- Opened merchandise
- Partially used merchandise

Sale items are eligible for return under the same conditions outlined above. We do not offer gift cards at this time.

## How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@slyfoxpatches.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting and being approved for a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

## Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately at info@slyfoxpatches.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right, at no cost to you, if the issue is due to an error on our part.

## Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase in accordance with this policy, and once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you would like.

## Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
